Durattan™ is meant to be used as a martial arts training tool to practice stick-on-stick drills, such as in the Filipino Martial Arts.  It is not intended to be used as a weapon or for any sport fighting implementation such as Real Contact Stickfighting.  We insist that you use proper discretion when training with Durattan™and that you practice safety first in all situations.  Rattan is dense enough to injure a human being and since Durattan™ is meant to replicate rattan it too can inflict damage.  By purchasing from this site you agree not to use Durattan™ training tools to inflict damage on another being, and that you are fully responsible for any injuries to yourself or others.  There is a possibility of injury in any type of martial arts training.  The chance is only amplified when weapons are thrown into the mix.  We are not responsible for any training related injuries that may happen from using Durattan™.

All Durattan products are warranted to be free from any defects in workmanship or material for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  Products which are proven to have defects under conditions of normal wear and tear during the warranty period because of defective workmanship or faulty materials will be repaired of replaced without charge.  Products must be shipped to our manufacturing facilities and postage must be paid both ways.
